In 2001, Aracelly Hernandez set out from her hometown in León, Nicaragua, to explore Costa Rica as a tourist. What started as a short visit transformed into a long-term commitment as she fell in love with the country’s natural beauty, culture, and the Pura Vida lifestyle. Aracelly decided to stay and obtain residency, immersing herself in the restaurant and tourism industry. Over time, she rose through the ranks to become a respected luxury beachfront manager in Jaco Beach, showcasing her unwavering dedication and passion for the hospitality business.

Aracelly’s exceptional leadership and expertise led to her promotion in 2010 as the Luxury Beachfront Manager for properties such as Vista Las Palmas in Jaco Beach and prestigious resort areas such as Los Sueños. Her attention to detail and commitment to personalized service set a high standard for luxury hospitality, making her a sought-after figure in the industry. Her bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish enabled her to seamlessly communicate with international clientele, enhancing their experiences in Costa Rica’s beachfront paradises.

Fast forward to 2023, Aracelly achieved another significant milestone by being promoted to the lead Property Manager for the prestigious Hooven Realty Group. This role reflects her continued dedication to excellence in the field of luxury property management. Beyond her professional success, Aracelly remains a staunch advocate for sustainable tourism and community support, preserving the natural beauty of Jaco Beach and inspiring others to join her in environmental responsibility.
